Two and a Half Times 10

Wow - as if everything couldn't be free...it seems to be so. I just watched Hot Shots! tonight - which was FREE because I bought a TV at Best Buy and got $30 in rewards points. That movie is one of the other genius creations by the same guys behind the Naked Gun movies, Wrongfully Accused, Airplane, Top Secret, and more! In this movie, Jon Cryer plays alongside Charlie Sheen as Jim 'Wash Out' Pfaffenbach, a pilot who suffers from Walleye Vision. In a split-second I recognized Jon Cryer as the person who plays alongside Charlie Sheen in the current sitcom Two and a Half Men. WOW. Pumped up I go to the IMDB to look it up and of course I'm right about it. I ended up wandering - signing a petition to have Police Squad (the six-episode sitcom behind the Naked Gun movies) released on DVD, and checked on the price for Macgyver Season 2 on Amazon.com.

Enough links for one paragraph. I found out that if I got an Amazon.com credit card, my next $30 in purchases would be FREE!! Well - the second season of Macgyver was $27.29 so I added a small book to the purchase that ended up being half-free and it all shipped for FREE!!! This is only weeks after getting a video camera on a loan through a credit card where the first year is interest FREE. It is only months after getting a TV on credit, two years interest FREE!!!! Free is good, and free is what I got. My day has gone well.
